Together with René from the Bergpuls Alpine School, the Admont apprentices went climbing in Johnsbach
Training in eight different apprenticeships (carpenter, wood technician, mechatronics technician, carpentry technician, electrical technician, metal technician, industrial clerk, IT technology) is a high priority at Admonter.
Among other things, this is underpinned by a massive increase in apprentice pay above the collective agreement. As an apprentice at Admonter, you can give free rein to your creativity and even get involved in creating Tik Tok videos. For us, it is a matter of course that the apprentices present themselves and the company in the region. A separate training workshop for wood and one for technology, each with a trainer, round off the Admonter apprentice package.
Admonter is a workplace with real values, where flat hierarchies, strong team spirit and social interaction still have plenty of room to grow.
find. Admonter is also a workplace in the middle of the “XEIS”, where you can spend your free time climbing, hiking, cycling, skiing, cross-country skiing, rafting and much more. – and all on the doorstep.
And some of the apprentices went climbing and via ferrata climbing as part of an excursion to Johnsbach. Accompanied by mountain guide René from the Bergpuls Alpine School, the “young and wild” Admonters ventured onto the rocks in the middle of the Gesäuse. For some, this was their first experience of heights, so it was good that they all had such a competent mountain guide at their side as a coach.
It is important to Admonter that you live and share your love of nature and wood with the company. If you do, then you’ve come to the right place in the Admonter team!
