INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE

Tongue & Groove Profile

The conventional installation system. This system has been proven for decades and is the best solution for the installation of large floorboards.

Lock-It

Using this straightforward system allows you to save on adhesive and there is no need for any tools whatsoever. The floorboards are engaged with one another and locked in place.

Glued Parquet

Perfect for herringbone patterns, in smaller rooms and with underfloor heating. There is a choice between three separate formats: ranging from small strip to single plank.

Ideal: Everything for the craftsman

Our installation systems also include a wide range of tools and special tools. This makes work even easier for professionals. The range extends from documents, adhesive tapes, joint glue and parquet glue to the protective cover after installation. Your Admonter dealer will be happy to give you more information.

Merging Colour

Prior to installation, it is particularly important to sort the individual planks by colour. By doing this, it is possible to deliberately influence the overall appearance of the room, depending on how the boards are sorted.

Mixing Colour

An Admonter wide plank is an entirely natural product and as a consequence after a certain time, natural colour changes occur. Depending on the intensity in which the floor is exposed to the sun lighter timber turns darker while dark timber becomes lighter.

Before installation: pre-sorting

An Admonter wide plank is an entirely natural product and as a consequence after a certain time, natural colour changes occur. Depending on the intensity in which the floor is exposed to the sun lighter timber turns darker while dark timber becomes lighter (especially during the first 3 – 6 months). With Admonter natural flooring you have chosen outstanding quality and a genuine natural product. The colour variations of each individual floorboard are therefore as varied as nature. Prior to installation, it is particularly important to sort the individual planks by colour. By doing this, it is possible to deliberately influence the overall appearance of the room, depending on how the boards are sorted. If the floorboards are installed by merging the colour gradually, the result is an even, homogenous effect, while a more rustic look is created when bright and dark planks are eliberately mixed. As a result it is possible to create an entirely different effect in the same room, depending on how the floorboards are installed.
