You will be assigned to an experienced production manager in production and, after an initial training phase, will be employed as an assistant to the production manager or for various project activities. In this position you will learn the various production processes step by step. You are responsible for machine commissioning, quality issues, ongoing support in the continuous improvement process and for recording work instructions for the respective process flows. Various project activities and personnel management tasks are also part of your everyday work.
In this position, you will learn all the necessary skills to contribute to the company’s success as a young manager at Admonter.
In order to further expand our range of services in our Stuttgart consulting studio, we are looking for an industry-related sales professional (m/f/d) who, in addition to specialist expertise and sales experience, also has knowledge of interior design and subsequent project management.

At Admonter, electrical engineering teaching is based on the subject of systems and operational engineering. Electrical engineers assemble, install, maintain and repair our electrical systems, machines and devices. You build electrical systems, write PLC programs, draw circuit diagrams and expand them if necessary. You maintain the electrical machines and devices used in the company and look after and monitor electronic control systems. Electrical engineers are responsible for all electrical and electronic work in our company.
The electrical engineering apprenticeship (specialist in systems and operational engineering) requires a training period of 3.5 years. In the First year of training, our electrical engineering apprentices learn all basic technical knowledge in the training workshop under the special supervision of the apprentice trainer. From the second year of training onwards, you will be involved in day-to-day operations.

Our mechatronics engineers produce mechatronic components in mechanical, plant and device engineering. They assemble mechanical, electronic/electronic, pneumatic/hydraulic and information technology parts into mechatronic systems. You assemble the manufactured components and system parts, commission the systems and operate them.
As a mechatronics engineer, you are responsible for the electromechanical assembly and maintenance of our systems and equipment. You program machines and create the corresponding circuit diagrams for them. Furthermore, part of your job will be the elimination of errors and defects in systems as well as the optimization of production and monitoring systems.
Our apprentices are accepted into a dynamic team and, during their training, go through the various computer-aided departments in the company. At Admonter, wood technology teaching is based on the subject of material production. Wood technicians are among the key skilled workers in the wood processing industry and have the best future and advancement opportunities.
They process round wood into sawn timber (posts, boards, squared timbers, slats). After the sawing technology work has been completed, they ensure that the sawn timber is dried and stored properly. You operate and monitor the production facilities and carry out both quality controls and surface treatments. Your main task is to control, monitor and maintain our production lines. The apprenticeship in wood technology requires a training period of 3 years.
Our wood technology apprentices learn basic wood technology skills as well as basic knowledge of carpentry in our training workshop for woodworking professions and are individually supervised by their trainer. From the second year of training onwards, our wood technicians are involved in the work on the various production systems in-house, but are still under the care of their apprentice trainer.

Carpentry training has bright future prospects: the profession is more in demand than ever and offers a wide range of opportunities. Carpenters are not only talented craftsmen, but also enthusiastic designers, experts in design issues and partners of architects. The fascination of this craft lies in its modern materials – and last but not least in the unique experience of accompanying projects from the idea to completion. The apprenticeship as a carpenter requires a training period of 3 years.
The apprenticeship in carpentry technology lasts 4 years, as you also have to learn how to monitor computer-controlled machines as well as how to program and operate them.

At Admonter, the metal technology apprenticeship is based on the subject of mechanical engineering technology. This job is all about metals, machines and tools. Depending on the focus, the areas of responsibility range from the treatment and processing of metals into components, to the design and manufacture of machines and tools, to the assembly, control and monitoring of automated production systems. They manufacture individual components and assemble them on the machines in the workshops. You work with hand tools and program and control computer-aided CNC machines. The metal technology apprenticeship (mechanical engineering technology) requires a training period of 3.5 years. Our metal technology apprentices learn the basics in our training workshop in their First year of training and are individually supervised and supported by their apprentice trainer.
