Environmentally conscious efficient Optimized intralogistics with the technology of tomorrow.

We are focusing on the technology of tomorrow and have invested in an autonomous mobile robot (AMRs) from the manufacturer AGILOX.

At Admonter, we realize a variety of customer orders down to batch size “one” with the utmost care and precision every day, combining traditional craftsmanship with pioneering innovative technologies. Automated guided vehicles (AGVs) are nothing new in industrial production and have been helping to optimize the internal value chain for years. We go one step further and rely on the technology of tomorrow. We invested in an autonomous mobile robot (AMRs) from the manufacturer AGILOX. What makes the difference is the robot’s extensive basic intelligence, which allows the area of application to be flexibly adapted and makes complicated equipment such as master computers or navigation aids superfluous. The intelligent powerhouse called AGI is a prototype and is being fine-tuned for series production in our company during ongoing testing. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in the project for their constructive and motivated cooperation.

AGI has a dead weight of 3.6 tons, which enables it to place 1.5 tons at a height of 1.6 meters. AGI uses the contours of its surroundings to navigate with millimeter precision. AGI automatically recognizes obstacles as such and drives around them. In addition, various sensors such as the safety laser scanner or obstacle avoidance help to navigate the vehicle precisely and safely through the environment. Since the start of test operations at the beginning of September, AGI has transported more than 1800 orders with a total weight of over 1000 tons, covering a total distance of more than 300 kilometers. These facts become all the more impressive when you consider the current utilization rate of 20% due to the trial operation.

C02 free shipping department

Since 02.11.2021, it has become unusually quiet in the Expedit, even though more than 600 tons are prepared and loaded for shipping every day. The reason for this is the new, purely electrically powered, red giant from the manufacturer Linde. With a lifting capacity of 7 tons and therefore enough power, all orders in the shipping department will be prepared and loaded CO2-free in future.

As a result, this will save 12 tons of CO2 per year in the future.
